Our Team

  • Lesley

Lesley Player is the Co-Owner and an Instructor at Studio Grace Pilates & Barre, as well as the Owner of Lesley Player Pilates. She began her Pilates journey as a student and quickly fell in love with the method. In 2012, she began her training with STOTT Pilates and, by 2013, had completed her Level II training in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels, as well as Injury and Special Populations. She earned her Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher credential in 2019 and her PFilates certification in 2024.

Over the years, while teaching a wide range of clients, Lesley noticed her clientele evolving—shifting from primarily able-bodied individuals to also include those with degenerative conditions and age-related concerns. This inspired her to continually expand her expertise by attending Pilates conferences annually, staying up to date with the latest research and movement strategies. Her continuing education covers specialized approaches for clients with Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, rehabilitation needs, Parkinson’s, breast cancer recovery, pelvic floor issues, pain with movement, and many other areas.

Lesley is dedicated to helping clients unlock their full potential—whether they are beginners, seasoned athletes, recovering from injury, or preparing for or healing after surgery. She creates a supportive and mindful space that encourages personal growth and healing through movement. Believing that Pilates is more than just fitness, Lesley inspires her clients to see it as a pathway to improved health, balance, and vitality.

For more than 12 years, it has been her honor to teach, navigate new challenges, and develop lasting relationships with her clients.

In 2006, Courtney graduated from LeTourneau University with a Master’s in Business Management while working in Human Resources. In 2010, while working in the oil and gas industry, she began taking Pilates sessions and quickly discovered a passion for the practice—something she never imagined she would one day teach.

Her instructor journey began in 2014 through the globally recognized STOTT program, where she received hands-on training, expert guidance, and the confidence to pursue her calling. She trained extensively in Mat, Reformer, Anatomy & Exercise Fundamentals, Cadillac, Arc Barrel, Ladder Barrel, and Stability Chair, equipping her to create safe and effective workouts for clients of all levels. • Holly

Holly began her Pilates journey as a client in 2020 and quickly developed a passion for the practice. She finds joy in introducing new people to Pilates and witnessing their progress—whether it’s gaining flexibility, moving with greater ease, or finding relief from pain. For Holly, seeing these transformations is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.

She attended the Pilates Instructor Academy, where she received comprehensive training, and was mentored by co-owner Lesley Player. Holly brings both her expertise and her enthusiasm to every class, creating a supportive environment that encourages growth, movement, and overall well-being.

  • Tamara Latham

Tamara, a recent graduate of LeTourneau University, has been married to her husband, Marshall, since 1996. They are blessed with four wonderful children and one son-in-law (so far). She began taking Pilates classes with Courtney at Studio Grace in August 2021 and loved it so much that she decided to become an instructor in January 2025.

She loves sharing the benefits of Pilates with others—improved posture, balance, strength, and stability are just a few. For Tamara, Pilates is a fun and effective method of exercise that strengthens the body without strain. One of her clients even compared the reformer class to being a kid again and playing on the playground!

Grateful to the Lord for the opportunity to invest in others’ health, Tamara finds joy in teaching classes at Studio Grace and encouraging her clients on their wellness journey.
