Pilates Essentials Class

Our Essential Pilates Classes are the perfect place to begin—or deepen—your Pilates journey. Whether you’re brand new or looking to refine your technique, this class focuses on building a strong foundation in the principles of Pilates: mindful movement, core stability, alignment, and breath control.

You’ll work on a variety of exercises using the reformer to improve posture, flexibility, and overall strength in a safe, supportive environment. With small class sizes and expert instruction, you’ll receive the personalized attention needed to master each movement with precision and confidence.

Schedule

  • Monday & Wednesday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm

  • Thursday: 5:30pm & 6:30pm
